The current project located at 95-99 and 101-105 Elizabeth Avenue in Newark, NJ will consist of two multifamily buildings, each containing 22 units. Each building will include 16 two-bedroom, one-bath units and 6 one-bedroom, one-bath units, along with on-site parking spaces for residents.
Designed to enhance comfort and community living, each building will feature amenities such as a community room, a tenant fitness center and a rooftop. The residential units will be equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning and heating systems, gas ranges, in-unit washers and dryers, and full kitchens complete with built-in dishwashers and microwaves.
Gonsosa Development has commenced construction of 23 two-family homes in Elizabeth's Frog Hollow, transforming a former brownfield site into a vibrant residential area. This development, part of a larger mixed-use project, aims to rejuvenate the neighborhood and boost local housing. Supported by the Elizabeth Development Corp. and benefitting from state incentives, the project promises to be a significant step forward in the city's ongoing revitalization efforts.
